    FREE Registration FOR participants 12 & Younger Day of registration takes place on the corner of CONGRESS ST. & BEACH AVE. BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM JUDGING CONCLUDES AT 10:30 AM & WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN FRONT OF CONVENTION HALL Trophies will be awarded for the following categories: BEACH BABY, FANCY DRESS, SUPERHERO, DECORATED ON WHEELS, BEST OVERALL TO REGISTER, call (609) 884-9567 OR email krattigan@capemaycity.com. Pre-registration accepted at convention hall until July 25th at 4:30 pm.
