Big Timber Lake Camping Resort. 116 Swainton Goshen Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ. Short order cook/cashier. This position includes food prep, cooking, counter service, scooping ice cream and sundaes. The job requires the use of a grill, fryolater and pizza oven. Job responsibilities also include the use of portion control, food preparation, food stocking, time management, multi-tasking and the cleaning & maintenance of the kitchen and equipment. Pay is dependent on both prior experience and performance. Work will begin the first weekend in May, only weekends until Father’s Day and then full time till Labor Day.
